Esmeralda Torres

Esmeralda has been part of the Monarch family for over 13 years. Esmeralda started her work as an intern facilitating the volunteer training and doing community outreach, since then she moved her way up in the agency and is now a Program Manager overseeing the Crisis intervention program, Positive Solutions, In-Custody Programming, and the SART program.

Esmeralda was born and raised in Watsonville and is a CSUMB graduate. She is married and has 3 children who keep her on her toes. When taking care of herself she enjoys dancing and singing.
